Discovery Children’s Centre can no longer guarantee that parents will receive a copy of their invoice via email. The program Discovery is currently using to send parent invoices has been experiencing challenges. After a lengthy investigation, it has been determined that the problems have originated mostly from “free email providers” such as “Hotmail, G-mail and Yahoo” accounts. It seems that the “filters” through these programs do not allow Discovery’s emails through. Sometimes you can find our email in your “junk mail”, other times you can not.
For this reason, to avoid late fees, we are recommending that ALL parents visit Discovery’s website (www.discoverycc.com) and download a copy of our billing schedule. Please note, your invoice is due upon receipt (or scheduled), however you have 2 weeks to pay the invoice before late fees occur.
